Shrug, maybe she has a high sex drive thus doing everything but sex but also has a personal rule of needing to feel more of an emotional connection with her guy that she quite hasn’t gotten to yet. 2 months really doesn’t seem like a very long time to be thinking she either wants you or doesn’t. The fact you two have done anything shows to me she is attracted but just wants to be more sure of his feelings about things rather then just in it for the sex.

If you are confused on where she stands and how she defines comfortable then ask her during one of your phone calls rather then say nothing and grow resentment.
